Social Design Child Health & Vaccination Info System Health and Vaccination card by Lisa Scharoun The Child Health and Vaccination Information System uses symbols, color-coding and wearable reminders to aid in the process of vaccination. It incorporates a double-sided health card with detachable bracelets for the child and a wearable hanging pouch to protect the card. The design works as an integrated information system to provide healthworkers and families, regardless of their literacy level, with a single source of information on a child’s age, vaccination periods and status, follow up dates for vaccination along with mapping a child’s growth and basics for nutrition in children.
