Interior Space and Exhibition Design Jumbo Seafood Restaurant by Emin Chong The design of the new Jumbo Seafood restaurant in Shanghai is a fresh interpretation of luxurious modern dining experience in a Chinese restaurant. The 5400 square feet restaurant can accommodate 114 guests. Inspired by orchid, which is the national flower of Singapore and has been celebrated for its beauty and is a symbol of nobility in Chinese culture, the design strives to introduce an element of Singapore identity in China.
